After ordering two , in which only one received Instead of two payments made through groupon, I contacted the company and have yet to be acknowledged and taken care of. Not sure ...

so glad I came across the deal and could get the product for such a great price. i would have never tried a teeth whitening kit because I always heard they were a scam. i will be the first to say these kits rock. i am so glad i decided to go ahead and give it a try. i recommend trying this product i am testifying that it really does work. more

ordered the kit from Groupon and love it. It was easy to use and very effective after the first treatment. the ordering process was easy and the customer service was very friendly. Waiting for another deal to run so I can get one for my brother in law. He needs one! haha. :) more

We ordered a kit off Groupon and we thought it was going to take 5-7 business days to get to us. Checked the mailbox 3 days later and it was there! It was easy to use, it made my teeth look great and no pain or sensitivity. Fast acting on both receiving the kit and how it whitens. more

Just received: so far ok, but bad take home instructions 11/12/2011

I ordered a Take Home Kit via Groupon about a week ago. I received the kit before the estimate they sent to me & was pleased to be able to pass on a coupon to my friends & family. Great start. However, in reading the instructions that came with the kit, they tell you to use 0.1 cc of the whitening treatment in each arch. Unfortunately, they send you a the whitening treatment in a ML syringe. Yes, 1 cc = 1 ml. Fine, I can find that on google, but the syringe measures mls in quarters. So how do I measure 0.1 ccs in a 1/4 ml syringe? I'll do my first at-home treatment tomorrow, but I have not been impressed with the instructions. I hope the product delivers more than the instructions do. more

It really works!!!! 10/6/2011

I have wanted to whiten my teeth for years but didn't want to either pay the high price for zoom whitening and hated the commitment of dental trays daily so when I found out about smile bright, I said why not. Let me tell you I am pleasantly surprised at how well the product works after just a 45 minute treatment. Even better results after the second session so I highly recommend going twice. The staff is so nice and hospitable...Cortni M. is fantastic!!!!!! more

I ordered the kit and love it. My teeth look amazing and it worked just like it says, 1-2 treatments and I am good. My husband also did a treatment out of my kit and his teeth look better as well. glad I tried the product. more

Amazed at the difference! 8/24/2011

SOrry for those of you that did say it worked... but my teeth turned out amazing! I didnt expect for such a big difference. I am a red wine, smoker, soda drinker and my teeth came out looking great! I noticed a great difference, knowing that one treatment isnt going to work off 40 years of stains, but thinking it did a great job! I bought the home kit as well and I am so inlove with that, I actually just ordered one for my husband as well. The only thing I notived is not to do it right after I brush my teeth. That can get my gums a bit sensitive, but if I would have been wise and read the directions I would have know not to, lol! I am going to revisit again later in he year to have them chip away at another 10 years worth of stains. Thanks guys, see you then! more

I love what this place did to my smile! The staff is so friendly and the product clearly made my smile amazing! I cant stop smiling and showing off my new pearly whites. I have been to another location before but am so glad another one opened closer to my home. Beautiful and relaxing location and not to mention again, the way my teeth look after I left. See you again before my wedding! more

Didn't work 8/19/2011

I had been looking forward to having my teeth whitened for many years and finally got the chance. I had an in office procedure that consisted of three 15 minute spans under the lamp with goo in my mouth. \r \r When I got home my husband asked me what I had done and I showed him my teeth. He said they looked the exact same. I went into my bathroom and checked, he was right. The yellow parts of my teeth had not changed at all! No, I didn't take antibiotics as a child, no there is nothing medical that would stop them from turning white. \r \r This product was a waste of time and money! One of the managers wrote on another forum that the lamps had not been serviced in 10 years so they don't work and the owners are aware of it! Wish I had read that earlier! more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! 8/18/2011

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I used a groupon for an in office session. They BURNED my gums. I called several times and the person who answered said the person doing is supposed to continuously check in on you and stop if your teeth get sensitive. My person said it was normal and would go away in hrs. 5 days later I still have shooting pain and can't eat.The owner is supposed to call me back but I havent heard anything. Today their phone number has been DISCONNECTED. Seriously??? My dentist recommended reporting them to the GA Board of Dentistry. It is that bad. more

I saw a review that someone wasn't impressed. I beg to differ! I bought the kit about 6 months ago and all I had to do was call the office and she had it in the mail to me that day. I just purchased refills yesterday AND FOLLOWED THE REFILL INSTRUCTIONS and the office has already PERSONALLY emailed me (not the generated response you get at first) and let me know the refills were on their way. My experience is Great Service!! And the product is amazing. I've tried many whitening kits before that didn't seem to do anything. This product worked the very first time I used it! Thumbs up!!!! more

Not impressed so far 7/7/2011

I purchased a kit via Groupon and redeemed it 3 weeks ago. I received an email back right away stating they would let me know when it shipped and nothing. Tried contacting them again and got the same autogenerated response. Thus far very poor service. I hope to see the kit soon, but had I known the process to just get the kit took a month I probably would have passed. more

I purchased a groupon and used it on May 31st. I even got the email from them the next day. Its day 22 and I still have no whitening package. When you call them you get lost in their automated system so I left a message for the shipping department. Lets see if they even call me back. Stay tuned. more

Look and FEEL Great. 5/21/2011

I recently bought one of the home whitening kits and have to admit I am extremly impressed. I noticed a great difference after the very FIRST treatment, and it got better every time I did it. Plus, I have got several compliments on how white my teeth are. Two thumbs up Smile Bright! more
