Counseling in Plano 6/1/2011

I found Pamela to be extremely helpful in my situation. We have worked together getting me through some some very tough times. A great listener allowing me to express my feelings and concerns with ease. We came up with solutions together to solve a very stressful situation. I have and will continue to recommend her to people that need some guidance in their lives. more

Good Listener, Bad Customer Service 3/24/2011

She was very pleasant to talk with when I was able to talk to her. First visit, I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out remaining paperwork. Thirty five minutes later I left as I had other time commitments. She called me on my cell phone shortly after i left and we talked for about 45 minutes. She was very helpful with my situation and was very easy to talk to. So I made another appointment for the following week. Showed up and was told there was no appointment for me and she was booked the rest of the day. Very disappointing!! I will be seeking out another counselor. more

Therapist that knows how to help! 2/1/2011

During several difficult times throughout my life from bad marriages to depression, different therapist have helped me through the trials. But going to Pamela was the best therapist decision I have ever made. She maintains a comfortable environment of relaxation. No matter what the situation, she clarifies to make sure she has all the information she needs to give suggestions, materials, or solutions to get you and your life back on track. I would recommend Pamela to anyone having big or small problems in their life. more

Best therapist in Texas! 2/20/2007

Pamela is by far the most welcoming therapist I have ever worked with. She makes you feel very safe to tell her anything but will tell you what you need to hear in order to ""straighten things out"", for lack of a better word. She becomes a friend very quickly and will help in anyway that she possibly can. Very friendly staff answering the phones for appointments as well. Many appointment times are taken, but 90% of the time a spot opens up and she gets you in asap. Best in the DFW area! Pros: Great in everyway! Cons: So many people come to see her that as a NEW patient, it could take up to 3 weeks. more

Best Therapy 1/31/2007

Pamela Smale Williams was the most sincere therapist I know of. She is understanding on your feelings, and she is there when you need her the most. I would recommend her to anyone I know. Pros: Understanding, just a great person to talk to Cons: Parking more
