Best

Your basic, conviently-located hotel. Good customer service, nice pool (afternoons it's shaded), and the best juice you've ever had in your life at the continental breakfast bar....

Worst

Clean. Located just south of town on the main drag. Good rates. If you've seen one you've seen them all.

rooms were very neat and clean. Staff was very helpful. Henry was very knowledgeable about his restaurant recommendations and we were very happy we listened to him. He and his daughter were the most helpful and friendliest of any staff we had encountered so far on this trip. Moab is a nice town to stop in. Breakfast was good. more

We found the management/staff at this hotel to be extremely nice. We stayed here while visiting Arches, Canyonlands, Deadhorse Point. Conveniently located to the parks. Pet friendly establishment---which is important to us. We found the hotel to be quiet and comfortable. The breakfast area had a variety of items--cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, breads, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, etc. There was coffee and tea available all day. Also, more reasonably priced than other hotels in Moab. The area and hotel were very quiet--which is important in a town with heavy tourism where hotels could be noisy--this one was quiet--and we much appreciated that. Keep in mind if traveling with a pet--the policy is that the pet cannot be left alone in the room--which was not a problem for us as we took our pet everywhere we went and got carryout meals. more

Couldn't have asked for a better location, away from the main source of town, no traffic noise to speak of. Very clean, modern room; large, roomy, well-lit shower; plenty of space in the mini fridge to store water bottles for the hikes at the various parks nearby. Morning breakfast was hot and plentiful, and the 24-hour coffee was a bonus when I left at 3 am to continue my journey. Front desk agents were knowledgeable about Moab and the parks, and were willing to engage in conversation. I cut my finger, and the bandaids were at the ready! Very enjoyable 3-night stay. more

I didn't need to be the heart of Moab and found this hotel costing on average 1/4 less than other hotels. Very clean. We had a huge room on the first floor with the largest shower I think I've ever seen in a hotel. Stayed here between our visit to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Helpful staff. The only thing that would have been nice was free wi-fi - although there was a computer with high-speed Internet in the lobby. more

Pet friendly but very clean. Free breakfast kept us from going to mc donalds! Coffee was good and nice breakfast selection. Waffles and french toast! Eggs and sausage. Very nice laundry facilities. A little long walk to town but convenient quick trip in car! Would stay again. On the outskirts of town so quiet for sleeping or resting. more

We did a spur of the moment trip and needed a room in Moab quick. Searched Tripadvisor and found Sleep Inn. The pictures looked familiar. We did a trip to Moab about 8 years ago and liked the place we overnighted. Now that we're here we found it was the same place from 8 years ago. Great place. Clean, friendly and dog friendly, big parking lot, and more than adequate free breakfast. We'll stay here again if we travel thru Moab. more

One of the best hotel we stayed in during our road trip. we (2 adutls & 2 kids) had a clean, large and quiet room. Staff is very friendly and gave us good advices on restaurants. Very good breakfast (kids enjoyed preparing their waffles!), acces to laundry, nice & clean swimming pool. 5mn drive to access lots of various restaurants. more

We took a road trip to Bryce/Zion, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Moab. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. Wi-Fi worked with no access code. The complimentary hot medley breakfast was very good, nice rooms and staff. I would highly recommend this hotel. more

Reception very friendly. Had Room 206 very light and spacious. Shower only, like a time capsule but great. Very clean room, on the main road but very quiet. Good breakfast to set you up for the day. Would I stay here again, most definitely. Not far from town and Arches NP. Overall Excellent more

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. had a room at the back away from the room, tucked in a corner. We had no rooms on either side of us.Had a great breakfast the next morning with hot items and a good choice of items to choose from.Had a problem with remote on TV, and someone came and took care of the problem right away. more

We had a very large clean, room that included a refrigerator, huge t.v., and wifi that was easy to access. The hotel is located right near many shops and restaurants which made it perfect for us. We also enjoyed the pool after a long drive in the warm weather. It was easy to get to and a good overnight stopping point on our way to the Arches National Park the next day. more

We stayed here one night on a weekend trip to the local national parks and we were not disappointed. The room was spacious, clean, had good water pressure and temperatures and a pretty quiet air conditioner! The breakfast was pretty good as well with a waffle station, sausage, cereal, bagels, juice etc. We also could not here the neighbors through the walls which is was a plus! There was plenty of seating area as well. Check in and out was quick and easy. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice and well kept. The location was also good for us as it was on the south side of town, a little distance away from all the downtown activity which made it quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to come back in the future. more
