Skyline is the king of Cincinnati chili. Cincinnati is where skyline chilli had orginated. The chili has hints of cinnamon, chocolate and other spices in it. It's delicious. Typically it's served over spagetti with cheese on top (a three-way) or over a small hotdog (a coney). The Coneys are awesome! It's an interesting concoction - sort of like a taco and pasta colliding. The chili is fairly unassuming - add Skyline's hot sauce. The taste is unique and perfect for snacks or large meals. We go there at least once a week for lunch. The Coney Island Chili Dog is a half-size hot dog topped with mustard, chili, onions and cheese. A 3-way is a cut-up baked potato topped with chili and cheese. The Skyline Chili 4-way is with onions is spagehtti covered with Skyline Chili, onions and topped with a mountain of shredded cheddar cheese. The chili cheese fries are simply french fries covered with chili and cheese. The fries are fantastic! They stay crispy even after they put the chili and cheese on top of them.
