Skeeters Auto Repair had a great business card and that is what originally brought me into them-that and it is local. I talked to the receptionist there and she was very informative and very nice. They have been in their location a long time, maybe 35 years, which I really liked too. I told them I wanted an honest shop, as those are hard to find, for mechanic work. I did my paying for work that needed to be done, and they didn't do extra things unless they were necessary. She understood what I wanted and they did what they said they were going to do to my car. They worked initially on my sensors, and they also fixed my front suspension. The job was done well and it was done a lot quicker than I had expected. I have found my new mechanic and I will stick with them! more

I've been going to Skeeter's Auto Repair for almost five years. They've done engine work for me, as well as brakes and tires. The only thing they had to outsource was for a smog, and the person they sent me to was very good. I keep coming back because of their customer service and the speed in which my vehicle is fixed, their turnaround time. They also let me use a loaner car as opposed to having to get a rental. The loaner car is okay. I've had experience with other auto shops. Maybe three years ago, I used someone else and they didn't do a very good job. I took it over to Skeeter's and had them fix it for me. That was when I started using them the most. more

Kaycee is great. I wanted to have new tires and rims put on my vehicle and chose to go to a fatter tire for better handling. I knew Kaycee from meeting her at a networking group, so I decided to take my car to someone I trust and know. When Skeeter's Auto Repair got my tires off they realized my rear shocks were starting to leak. I had planned to take people up the coast the next week, and wanted a nice safe drive. I immediately replaced them. Everything works perfectly. It was my first time Skeeter's Auto Repair. Kaycee is great; she is friendly, and I trust her with my car implicitly.
