I miss the old days. 9/1/2005

Six Flags New England was once a cool (read: non-chain) local amusement park. However, since then it has progressed into an enterprise. While still retaining it's charming "settings", it has not gone up in quality at all. The rides are "typical" and everything is expensive. $4 for a soda is not ok. more

Six Flags! 8/4/2005

Six Flags New England is definitely a full day event. With plenty of rides to keep both the timid rider and thrill seeker happy, you'll never be bored (except while waiting on long lines). Mr. 6's Pandemonium, a new ride for this year, is a spinning roller-coaster which is a bit more tame than it is made to appear, but good fun nonetheless. Thrill-seekers should hop on Superman...what a rush! Six Flags is a great time, with great rides for everyone. Food is, of course, rather expensive. I recommend packing a cooler and eating in the parking lot to save a little. Also, if you're willing to spring a couple extra bucks, get the Q-bot fastpass--you'll spend a lot less time waiting in line! more

Great Clean Park - Worth the Visit! 8/2/2005

Six Flags New England is a great park. The park is clean, the people are friendly and its easy to find your way around. At times the lines for rides can be long, but that happens at any park. The kiddie area and Hurricane Harbor (the water park) are never too crowded. The season pass costs between $55 and $70 bucks depending on where you buy it. The best part is that it includes the water park AND it really does pay for itself in a few visits. You get a coupon book for other types of discounts - games, food, souvenirs. Overall, the park is great! The biggest con that I see is the food - besides the chicken fingers the food isn't great and it is really expensive. more

Extremely Fun! 7/15/2005

SIx Flags New England is the perfect place for a thrill seeker to get an adrenaline rush. They have a ton of roller coasters, like Superman, at over 280 ft tall, and Batman with a lot of loops and spirals. They also have a special kid section, and a water park. They also offer 3 wooden roller coasters to get that old time feel. The park is clean, and the service there is great, employees really love doing their job! more
