Sir Pizza

We thought we'd try a new pizza place... and sir pizza is right down the street from sylvan park (literally 1 mile - maybe). Well they told us it would take about 35 minutes and over an hour later our pizza showed up. Before I opened the box I called Sir Pizza to let them know that the pizza was considerably late. The lady snapped at me and told me that they were understaffed that night. OK - well then have enough brains to let me know that the pizza might be late, don't quote people 35 mintues. So, I got off the phone and thought i would eat and the pizza was cold. Not even luke warm. Let me again remind you that this place is about 1 mile or less from our house. Did the delivery guy stop by his friends house on the way? It's not a high demand pizza place - what took so long? I was furious so we drove the pizza back and got a full refund for it and ended up eating ramen noodles at home instead. I also want to comment that it is just as expensive as papa johns and looks like frozen pizza with strange pepperoni. Cons: service, quality more

My boyfriend (now husband) and I began frequenting Sir Pizza back in the mid-70s in Clarksville, TN. The variety offered at lunch with very reasonable prices allowed us as teenagers to visit often. After several years, that particular business shut down. When my husband and I now want pizza...we drive past scores of other pizza joints to drive the 90 miles to Charlotte Ave. in Nashville to get our favorite: The Kings Feast pizza! The service is always friendly and prompt. Yesterday, my husband began getting the urge for the Kings Feast and called the franchise number to see if there was a Sir Pizza any closer than Nashville. Low and behold....the owner noted that a new contract has been developed for a new Sir Pizza in Clarksville! What great news for devoted Sir Pizza fans such as ourselves. I highly recommend the famous pizza that comes to your table cut in squares for easy handling. The ingredients are always plentiful and go right to the edge of the cripsy crust....no bunch of crust laying on the pan after you eat. A small salad bar offers fresh veggies, cheeses and extras are available for a side salad. Grilled sandwiches w/ chips and pickles are always filling but at Sir Pizza it's all about the edge-to-edge ingedient filled pizzas. If you've never been to a Sir Pizza, I encourage you to visit at least once to finde out what you've been missing. ENJOY!! Pros: Edge-to-edge incredients, great flavor, friendly service. Sir Pizza, in my opinion, is arguably the best in Nashville.\r \r This particular location serves the same great tasting pizza; however, the service there has consistently been poor. Three of my four visits to this Sir Pizza have been when they serve ""2 for 1,"" and they were incredibly busy . Regardless, it was very difficult to get a refill. My glass remained empty even when the wait staff passed by the table. On more than one occasion, I had to get up and ask for a refill.\r \r The food is very good and Tuesday is the day to go (otherwise the Pizza is very pricey).
