Dave is super and proves that the TOOL can not clean if not in the hands of a REAL professional. Don't get some cheap Craigslist Rotovac wannabe - call Dave. Get it done right at a fair price!! more

Our carpets look amazing after Dave cleaned our carpets. Dave did a wonderful job. It is nice to finally have a technician that cleans your carpets as if they were his own, one that is friendly and so polite. I have to admit I am going to use Sir Carpet for my next carpet cleaning. Sir Dave & The Best Cleaning We've Ever Had :) 3/25/2014

Dave came to our house right on time and I have never seen our carpets look so great! We have five... yes, FIVE dogs and our carpets looked like a disaster area and now they are the cleanest and whitest I've seen them in years! My dad and I are so impressed! Dave was personable, fun to talk to, and very helpful. He even helped roll up and fold our heavy rugs out of the way and moved furniture to make sure he cleaned the carpets to the best he could. He went beyond our expectations and we were both extremely pleased, my dad still can't believe how great it looks. One thing Dave said before he left was "People say, 'Oh that looks so much better', but what what I want them to say is, 'This is the best cleaning I have ever had!', because that's what it should be, the best cleaning they've ever had!" and I thought it definitely was! We just got our carpets cleaned the end of December 2013 and already had to get them cleaned again and this is hands down the best cleaning we have ever had! I would highly recommend him and SirCarpet to ANYONE who needs to have their carpet or tile cleaned. Thanks Dave! more

I had the best experience with Dave from Sir Carpet. I was already excited about all the reviews I read, so my expectations were high. I was not disappointed. Dave was amazing! He was able to remove stains and gum stuck on the carpet with ease. Not only was he great at his job and my carpets look amazing, but his customer service was above and beyond what I expected from a carpet cleaning guy. I will definitely be using Sir Carpet again. MORE THAN I EXPECTED!!!! 1/31/2014

I highly recommend WOW CARPET (A.K.A. SirCarpet.com) I was using a coupon purchased from Living Social for a very reasonable rate. I was totally impressed from the very beginning while booking my appointment. Speaking with Laila, she was SO very polite and considerate while gathering the info needed and also very patient with ensuring my time calendar was factored in. The service rep that came, Dave Brown, was amazing. He was here at the exact time Laila had said and was so considerate of my comments for what I specifically needed. done. He then proceeded to spend the much needed time to complete the job in a most thorough manner. What also impressed me was his obvious integrity and honesty. You know, I just had that "feeling" that Dave was not going to "feed me a line". I really appreciated my relationship with WOW Carpets. more

best cleaners I've had 12/11/2013

We needed a large sectional, sofa, and loveseat and kitchen chairs cleaned. The one loveseat and sofa had old pet stains from over the past 8 year. I've had it cleaned about 7 different times with 3 other companies. Dave was the only who got out every stain - because he spent so long on it. He didn't leave until he was satisfied with the job. He went above and beyond and spent many hours on the job. He was very professional and there was no pressure. I will be using Sir Carpet every time. Thanks Dave! more

Dave is the best technician I've ever had! 11/12/2013

I've been using Sir Carpet for over 2 years. I had Dave the first time and I've requested him ever since. I have a newborn and a 2.5 year old so as you can imagine, I need my carpets cleaned often. Dave has a great eye for details, completes the job 100%, and listens to all my spot concerns. Thank you Dave! I highly recommend Sir Carpet! more

Stumbling on Sir Carpet through a Google search a few years ago was fate was on my side! Not only are their prices highly competitive, their customer service (Layla is a joy) is excellent. (When calling the main number one often has to leave a message, don't be discouraged, they are busy however ALWAYS call you back-fyi.) Dave Brown, the gentleman who came to clean my carpet was on time, gracious, informative, very hard working, friendly, and exactly the type of 'stranger' one can trust in ones home. I left for an hour while he did the work and I didn't think twice about leaving my home to someone I didn't know. When I came back an hour later, the carpet was like new-a miracle considering what it looked like before, and Dave was out in a wink leaving me a once again satisfied customer. I have not only used Sir Carpet on several occasions, will continue to in the future, and recommend them to friends and family as well. FIVE Stars! more

I was very pleased with my experience with Sir Carpet. They offered affordable prices and I was able to choose from several different cleaning options. Dave Brown was my carpet specialist, and he did an incredible job! He was able to almost completely remove a dried out, six month old, nail polish stain from my carpet! Dave was very professional, courteous, worked really hard and was extremely thorough. He even moved some of my furniture and scrubbed out a few extra spots at no charge. I will definitely call Sir Carpet the next time I need my carpets cleaned (and request Dave Brown) and will be recommending them to all my friends. more

I purchased a groupon for Sir Carpet and expected sub-par service, but I got much more than I expected. Dave was friendly and did everything he could to ensure that I got a great quality cleaning at a great price. I'm moving out of this house and he said he wanted to make sure I got my deposit back. Our entire experience with Sir Carpet was fabulous! We needed our carpets in our rental cleaned ASAP and Sir Carpet was able to come out the day after I called... they were even exactly on time! Everyone we dealt with was extremely accommodating, professional and pleasant. From the office staff on the phone to Patrick, who actually cleaned our carpet. He did a terrific job cleaning all our carpets and was even able to get the tough stains out of the kids toy room. We will absolutely be using Sir Carpet again in the future and recommending them! more
