I have a Laundromat at my apartment complex, but, since I knew they had huge capacity washers I went to Simply Cleaners. I washed my clothes, and after the laundry was washed noticed a dark brown pair of pants had a bleach stain on them. Nothing else in the wash was ruined because it was a light load. I advised the woman working behind the counter who seemed to be the owner. She seemed puzzled and proceeded to blame me, stating I must have ""Set the pants down on something with bleach in it. Now, why would I have set the pants anywhere? When we WASH clothes, don?t most of us just take them from the basket to the washer? It was a horrible suggestion, and didn't even make sense. That wasn't the worst of it! After the bleached pants, I noticed a towel and two undershirts pulled apart as if something had ripped at them in the wash! They were completely ruined! I was fuming at this point, told her about it, she proceeded to tell me that ""No one else had had a problem with the machine today"", so......I must have brought that upon myself! So, not only do I have several ruined clothing items and a towel, but I was treated as a criminal, and a liar. She never even apologized! I will NOT EVER patronize this Laundromat again, you shouldn't either! I may even take her to small claims court at this point, this is ridiculous!
