Silverwood is a gated community in Rincon, GA featuring upscale homes for the area. Unfortunately, the Homeowners Association is poorly governed. In five years, they have consistently failed to communicate relevant information concerning the community, and been very slow to respond or react to relevant concerns, especially those that affect property owners outside the community gates.
