Initially I was ok with this vet because of a case of events I had to board my 2cats ... the vet visit and shots went well.. I didn't like that they asked if I wanted to be present for the checkup (that's a no brainier).. they told me that my cats could not be boarded together (they are litter mates and never have been separated) when I asked to see my cats before picking them up they made me wait what felt like too long .. after finally getting brought to the storage closet where they have cages they call kitty condos my cats were non stop crying. The tech then continues to say they talk to me all the time when I come by their cages. My nono stood up I noticed a 2inch long bald spot on his leg I asked the tech why did they shave his leg she said I don't think we did I took him out the cage showed her she said that wasn't there yesterday... (I call bull shit) the tech then said I can leave my cat their to see the vet my better judgement was to say no and go but my husband said yes. After the vet seen him (I was told was going to be as soon as he got in .. didn't look at him till 12noon. He finally called me and said that it was a minor irritation and that he should be fine. When I asked him if it could be have been from one of his 3 injections he said no that the shot in that leg was higher up on his thigh (that was were he did the injection I witnessed it)at this point point he get very defensive and stated "what do you want from me? What could I do to make you happy?" He continued to get nasty with me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS HERE!!!!
