This company contracted out an Air Duct Cleaning job for one of the homes. The service was provided on June 18, 2008. We have contacted Grace numerous time and left messages. She even told us she was sending a check three times. I also had to investigate on the builder to get ahold of someone else. December 1, 2008 WE ARE DISGUSTED!
Cons: They have been avoiding the situation for 6 MONTHS!
