Service department deserves a 6. Chanin is a great service advisor always on top of things and always willing to help! The sales department is a different story. Syed was nice but wasn't very knowledgeable or willing to help. Ray the manager did not help at all. They didn't want our business I guess so since they decided to blow us off, we decided to take our business to Lancaster Honda where we walked in with the same exact information and credit and walked out with a 2014 vehicle...
