If you are in need of butchering for some of your own raised animals, then Shrocks is the place to go. This butchering shop is run completely by the Mennonites. They use all modern conveniences, but still run the place with old0fashioned Mennonite values. You will often hear the Mennonite workers in the back singing hymns as they go about their work. Shrocks is located about 5 miles south of Buffalo off of Highway 65. Just follow the signs. You can have your own butchering done here or you can buy meat that they have already butchered. They do not have lockers available to rent for storage.
