Shirl's Drive In

Shirl's has a sweet treat that will satisfy anyone. They have Polar Blasts (their version of the Blizzard in many candy options), Banana Boats (aka Banana Split), Hot Fudge Brownie Treat, shakes, malts, cones (that can also be dipped in a crunchy flavor), Italian Ice, slushies, sundaes and more. They offer special ice creams at times, exampling being Pumpkin ice cream during the autumn season. Their general food items are pizza puffs, grub burger, cheeseburger, fish sticks, fries, soup, chili, hot dogs and more. Their prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is comforting on warm days with the outdoor seating. They are right next door to Lighthouse Minature Golf (only open during the summer) and I've seen party deals posted before combining the two. My only complaint would be that at times they get busy, so they've forgotten my cherry on more than one occasion, but that's forgiveable. You're sure to enjoy getting a treat at Shirl's! more

They have great cones, shakes, blizzards, and smoothies. They also make gyros, burgers, fries, etc. too. There's a drive through if you're in a hurry, or drive up and eat at their outdoor patio. Can be crowded on summer nights, but they're open year round for delicious eating hot or cold. It's a special treat to get to come here, and I doubt you'll be disappointed. more
