I got wonderful service Bill and the mechanics were great. I thought their prices were reasonable and fair and they did all my repairs in a reasonable amount of time. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone. more

Whatever you do, avoid this place. Bobby is a smooth talker who has your back until you hang up the phone. He kept my car for a week, tried fixing three things. That didn't work so he towed it to the dealer and he would not authorize repair. It turned out when they ""repaired"" my car they fried some electronics so it ended up being about 2 grand by the time it was all said and done. It took three weeks and my car was sitting waiting on payment dispute for more than two of those weeks. My car is a three year old with no previous repairs done, he basically ruined it.\r more

Honest Shop, excellent service, have never been sold anything I didn't need. Several times I thought I was in for a larger repair and they surprised me by finding something much smaller that corrected the problem. All my family and friends take their vehicles here, these guys really rock! I recommend them highly to anyone. more

My husband drove my car to the shop (in first gear) and after a test drive, the only issue was a sensor that had come unplugged. They plugged it back in and didn't charge him anything. My husband worked in automotive management for years and came home bragging about the service he received from Bill. Awesome service both on the phone and in person. I will definitely suggest this location to anyone needing repairs done to their cars and will go back again the next time I have an issue. more

I called the Desoto location on a Monday (not sure who I talked to) and asked for a quote to repair/replace my transmission. Most places would have given me quotes and that would be it. Instead, I was asked a series of questions about what I had been experiencing. He said it sounded like an electrical issue and that if I would bring it in the next day; they could lookat it free of charge. When told the hours of operation, I looked at the clock, and they had been closed for 30 minutes. I was shocked that anyoneeven answered the phone after hours. The next morning, my husband drove my car to the shop (in first gear) and after a test drive, the only issue was a sensor that had come unplugged. They plugged it back in and didn't charge him anything. My husband worked in automotive management for years and came home bragging about the service he received from Bill. Awesome service both on the phone and in person. I will definitely suggest this location to anyone needing repairs done to their cars and will go back again the next time I have an issue. more

Allstate Transmission took great care of me. Very good customer service and work. They had my transmission fixed in just a day and it works perfect. They were honest and friendly and I couldn't be more pleased. Also, the first shop I've been in that was that clean and didn't smell like a grease bucket. First Class! more

I have used Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair three times, it has been a good experience each time. The last two times I worked with Tony, and Tony has always been great. The first time wasn't that great of an experience, and I wasn't going to go back there, but Tony handled the situation. Now I am very comfortable going back and comfortable recommending them. The two times previously I went to them because my engine was leaking oil. They needed to replace a bunch of seals. The last time I went there because I had a radiator that needed repairs. I think their manager Tony really understands customer service. The first guy I saw was rude and disrespectful, but Tony took care of it. Tony is very respectful of customers. He had the work done, and if there was an issue he made sure it was taken care of. It is good work. more

This is an awesome place to have your vehicle repaired! I thought I needed a new transmission, because it stopped shifting completely. Several other places told me my transmission needed to be rebuilt with costs ranging from $1200 to $1800. Allstate checked my vehicle out and found the problem to be a small electrical part, the whole process took only about 90 minutes and the repair only cost me just under $97. My car runs perfectly now, I am so happy I found these guys! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for all my maintenance and future repairs. It was obvious to me this is a business with extraordinary ethics, very professional, with extremely nice people. THANK YOU ALLSTATE!!!!! more

Allstate has ALWAYS fixed problems I have had with my car. Whenever I have had a problem, I call management and they analyze the problem and they fix it in a timely manner at competitive pricing. Allstate is by far the best Auto Repair company. more
