My sweater was cleaned at Ship Shape Cleaners and came back missing a clasp. I told the store person at the cash register and she replied ""Nobody said anything (meaning her store people)."" This store person did not bother to look for the clasp. She could care less about my missing sweater clasp. more

I trust my suits and shirts to them 2/26/2012

I switched cleaner about two years ago due to dissatisfaction with my shirt laundering. I started going to Ship Shape on a recommendation and have been very happy with the level of professionalism and service from the staff. Paul even called my wife on her birthday and thanked her for her continued business. I highly recommend Ship Shape. I get my ""stuff"" quickly and as promised. more

Best Cleaners Around 5/31/2010

I travel extensively and use dry cleaners throughout the country. I have never met a better dry cleaners. Suits and shirts always sharp... very close attention to detail..never have a broken button.. orders always ready on time.. service is superb, they always remember me and are friendly . Great Cleaners Higly Recommended! 3/14/2010

I've been using Ship Shape for 10 years and have never had a problem. I know the people there, Roberta, Paul, Dana, Chris, Lucy and others, and they are hard working and meticulous. I give them two thumbs up, and have the experience with their fine services to prove it! Pros: Best Cleaners I've Used more

this is one of only a few cleaners who use nontoxic (""green"") substances to dry clean clothing in the greater Danbury area. worth the little extra drive to support a place who uses environmentally friendly practices. more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHING TO THIS CLEANER - THEY WILL DAMAGE IT AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY 7/26/2006

They misplaced a few shirts, but I kept taking my clothes to them for cleaning. I will never go back there again though since they damaged a dress and tried to blame it on the quality of the fabric (this was a $480 designer dress purchased at Neiman Marcus) or that a bracelet was raked against it (no bracelet was worn). It was ridiculous for them to make crazy suggestions regarding what could have caused the damage when it was clear it was caused by the pressing machine (damage is a permanent crease in the velvet on the dress bodice). more
