Please stay away from these crooks.... Took my company truck there with a tranny problem Shady Randy tells me that it needs 2400 dollars to make it perfect. After having my truck for two days I pay the scammers amount . Immediately after driving off the lot I know that this transmission was not fixed. He tells to bring it back one day and he will look at it. So I shut my company truck down again and take it back to shifty Randy. He calls me the next day and tells me he fixed it . We pick up the truck and notice two things. The truck interior was not covered with transmission fluid (as it was when we picked it up originally) and the truck was not moved from the original spot that I put it in. A security camera in a friends neighboring business verified my suspicion. The guy is a compulsive and pathological liar. . Read the reviews carefully. The positive ones are fakes. The wording and the syntax are exactly the same . In contrast the ones that give a bad review are clear and concise. If you take the fake positive posts away they would be at a 25 percents approval. The owner/ manager Randy will tell you anything then back up nothing ! Well in the world of business you find a customer that will not someone SHIfT on them. I assure that zandy Randy has found the right one.He will be seeing me in court and that's not a threat its a promise. I will update this site with the case number after I file the action. more

I have been coming to Shift Rite for over 5 years and my experience has always been great. Randy is very honest and hardworking. I recommend everyone to come get their automobile here for maintaining or problems. Great job and thank you! more

Hands down the best experience I have had with a mechanic. Spent 45 min with my car running diagnostics, and found the problem just like that. 100% honest with me in telling me that it wasn't dire to do the repair now. They could have pressed me to get the work done now to make the money now but didn't. I appreciate the value they place on my peace of mind and their integrity. more

I was extremely impressed with Shift Rite. I was given amazing prompt customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I had to get my tire special ordered in and it still only took 2 days. When I showed up to get my tires switched they said it would be about an hour (just switch) to hour and half if I wanted them rotated.... they had it switched, rotated and test driven within an hour. Extremely impressed definitely going to repeat and recommend. more

I needed some Transmission Repair Service done to my ’09 Chevy Silverado. Our truck was having problems going into third gear. They fixed our problems for less than we expected and we are happy to have our truck back to normal. Will be back again. more

When the tranny went out in my Chevy I thought the worst, naturally, but thanks to Shift Rite I didn't have a heart attack when I got the bill! I had received some quotes around town but decided on Shift Rite because they were the cheapest. Not only did they have the best price, they knew their stuff. Couldn't believe the most knowledgeable team of guys could do such a great job for the lowest price! They 100% earned my business and I will be recommending them to my buddies. more

*********CUSTOMERS BEWARE*********** My 92 year old grandmother was having some trouble with her car and a friend told her to take it to ShiftRite. She brought it to Randy to have it fixed. He told her that she needed to replace the computer and some sensors. Needless to say he charged her $1300. She is on a fixed income and had to have help to pay for it. When she got the car back it was running worse than when it went in. We told her not to take it back to them and took it to our own TRUSTED mechanic. He looked over the car and confirmed that Randy did NOT put in a new computer and the sensors were not replaced. Additionally, upon further inspection they found that they unpluged the check engine light.While trying to keep his dishonesty covered, he put my grandmothers life on the line. Clearly this man shows no compassion and must not have a conscious. It had been working before Randy started to work on it. I know there are bad mechanics out there but this takes the cake!!!!! To take advantage of a 92 year old woman who only makes $600 a month!!!! Randy s shop will be going to court!! We will be seeking legal action!! more
