Fabulous Experience 2/1/2012

Never had such a short & sweet eye appointment with fantastic results. All was covered in more detail than any other eye doc before & in 1/2 an hr! Dr. Long's investment in technology and staff training really pays off for me in accuracy of my glasses and my time. Thank you! more

I was very impressed with Dr.Block, she was very informative on my condition & made me feel at ease. I've been wearing glasses since childhood & have never had a doctor sit down & explain anything to me. more

Excellent Eye Care 1/28/2012

My daughter and I had back to back appointments and were seen promptly. While I was finishing up my exam, she was up front picking out glasses. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Dr. Long and his staff. more

Awesome Customer Service 11/24/2011

My daughter broke her glasses and our insurance would not cover her for another pair until January. Her warranty had just expired but Dr. Long's office went ahead and honored the warranty so that my daughter would have glasses. Wonderful staff, friendly,professional. Five stars!! Teresa Burnett. Great Doctor and Awesome Staff 11/16/2011

Maumelle Eye Care provides excellent service and patient care. The office staff are wonderful and make the visit a positive experience. They make sure you get your insurance benefits and they are good about sending out your yearly reminders for exams, etc. Great environment. I give them 5 stars. more

Phenomenon Experience 10/18/2011

My experience at Maumelle Eye Care was the best.The service and hospitality from staff and the doctor was amazing. They communicate very well, and the Customer service is outstanding.I also Like how The Doctor educates the patient during eye exam.They also have a Wide selection of Frames and sunglasses. The entire experience from walking in to leaving out was Phenomenon and would Suggest everyone experience this more

Fast, friendly service from the second you walk in to the office. The office staff have always gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist me on everything from insurance to what type of glasses look best on me. Dr. Long always provides me effective care options that I can fit into my budget. more
