I made an appointment with Carrie Jones based upon a neighbor's referral. My domestic partner works in LA. He called the morning of my appointment to make arrangements for payment. He left a message with the appropriate financial person. He received no call back. Into an extensive meeting he went while I sat in the doctor's office waiting. I was informed that the person he had left a message with was out sick that day and that the doctor wouldn't see me until I paid first. Of course they could have informed the unsuspecting public of that by simply changing the greeting on the voice mail. 'T ain't rocket science my dear.\r

So I called my partner and waited for him to be able to step out of his meeting. By the time he could I was informed that the doctor could only see me for 15 minutes as opposed to the normal 45. I said OK as long as you adjust the price. ""Um, we can't do that."" Of course you can't. Sooooo I was expected to pay for 45 minutes and only receive 15. And I was treated like a criminal by having to wait, in ill health, because the doctor wouldn't see me without getting her money first, as if I would cheat her. ??\r

Clearly these people are more concerned with making money than anything else. I could see the vast array of synthetic products they had on shelves to serve their purpose. Every single patient left with a ""prescription"" for her products.That the doctor just so happens to sell. How convenient. How dumb can you be people?! Health does NOT come in a bottle!!\r

The lobby is very pretty though. I can see why now that I see their priorities. If I ever need an interior designer for my lobby, I know who to call. As for a healer? Um, I don't think so. Besides, everyone in the staff was obese. Perhaps they can't afford the doctor's services. ?? \r

Crazy. I wouldn't go back there for all the money in the world. A wolf in sheep's clothing is what I see. A snake oil salesman masquerading as a pseudo healer. Buyer beware. These people couldn't care less about you or your health. They simply want your money to make themselves wealthier. Too yuppy for me. And antiquated. I'll stick with macrobiotics and heal myself thank you very much. :)
