It wasn't as bad as I read about but the personnel customer service needs improvement 9/1/2006

My sister and I booked a one night stay at this hotel but only actually stayed a day (not overnight) we were waiting for a plane arrival. Our visit did not start out good, this is becasue of the people at the front desk. The two desk attendants were not accomodating or pleasant at all. We requested a room if available facing the water, they stated they were fully book and that wouldn't be able to. Which we fully understood but they were VERY snippy and basically rude about it. Pros: Location Cons: Bad customer service. more

Perfect stay 9/4/2005

Sheraton Norfolk is a perfect place to stay, wonderful views of the City, walking distance to all entertainment , shopping, dining. This Hotel is beautiful, the staff is wondderful and accomodating. Recomended to all. more

This is a beautiful first class hotel, decor in both the lobby area and rooms are exquisite. Located in the heart of downtown norfolk, walk to the many outside festivals or over to harbor park for a game. Beautifl views of the city. more
