I've always had pretty good experiences at this dealership with service, but Luke totally exceeded my expectations, from beginning to end. He was thorough with explanations and called a couple of times to keep me updated on service, as I got a ride to work after dropping off my vehicle. When I arrived at 1:30 to pick up my vehicle, l learned that the guy hadn't even taken a lunch yet. He's that dedicated to customer service! more
