I was 17 when I found out I was pregnant. I wanted to do it all on my own. Pick my own doctor(huge mistake) So I used dr. Dharma. I went to the clinic in Kaufman(which is now closed down since she is not allowed to deliver at their hospital anymore!) First off I never saw her. Should have been my first clue. I was given a sonogram every single time I visted. To over charge medicaid.
When my water broke I was told to go to the clinic to get checked. No one was there for over a hour I waited and decided to go to the hospital instead. When I got there I was checked and in labor. I delivered at mesquite community(which is now shut down. The whole hospital!!) I was given a epidural. The pain stopped for a hour or so and i begain hurting again badly. I told them and they gave me more meds. I could feel it dripping down my back. I told them and they said that thats just how it felt. Needless to say my epidural had came out of my back and I had my son completly natural because they would not check. Anyways I never saw Dr. Dharma till it was time to push. She came in and he was not crowning so she cut me. Did not even aske me to push or anything. Cut me (with scissors she pulled from her pocket!) Stuck a suction on my sons head and a nurse shoved her elbow down on my stomach and my son shot out like a tube of toothpaste!!!! The most painful thing i have ever felt! But the worst is yet to come. My son was fine thank god. But a week or so after delivery I could barely walk. My feet where swollen. I had my sons father look at my episotomy and it had pus coming out. So I went to the er. The doctors there where in shock at how jagged she had cut me and how far down. They tired to get a sample of the pus but all I could do was scream out in pain. I had to be put under and have the stitches removed. I was infected with staff and ecoli. Dr.Dharma had left placenta inside my uturus which gave me ecoli and the scissors she pulled out of her pocket where not sterile and gave me staff.When I woke up i was in terrible pain from the open wound and had to be put on a morphine pump. The hospital was so shocked and worried they took pictures of my infected downstairs. I wish I could post them they would horrify you. The skin in the wound was dead and black with green pus. I was in the hospital for over a week. It was awful. I had to leave the wound open for 6 weeks for it to heal. Then have another surgery to have it closed. My vagina has a awful scar and looks messed up. It has caused problems with everything from using the bathroom to sex since she cut my muscle to my anul area that could not be repaired. So please please dont use her. The only reason she still has her career is because her husband is a lawyer!!! She has been kicked out of many hospitals. I think the only one she can practice in now is Doctors in oak cliff! So please take my advice for your safety and your childs. She is A bad doctor. A very bad doctor!!!!!!!!!!! They made me rate her to publish this!!
