A friend referred me to Sharp's Auto Body. I had the most terrific experience. My car was the victim. Sharp's took care of absolutely everything from car rental to fighting other carrier for work to return my car to like new condition. I highly recommend them. I also had some extra work done while my car was in the shop (windshield replacement). They took care of everything with expertise. The took all the stress out of a stressful situation!!! This was my first time needing collision repair (a fender bender on a Dodge Neon), and Sharp Auto did a great job. They were friendly--they even offered to arrange for me to get a rental car that's nearly identical to the car I drive--and they did a great job of blending the paint (since silver is a difficult color to work with). There are a variety of thank you notes from customers on the bulletin board when you first walk into their shop, which I thought boded well when I was deciding where to go for the repair. The cost ended up being higher than the rate quote, but the cost was being paid by the other driver's insurance, so I wasn't worried. Overall a good experience.
