This place is wonderful! My fiance and I went out ring shopping and this was our first store. We were given the perfect balance between helpfulness and letting us talk amongst ourself. After we found something we liked, we began looking at diamonds. Hillary (WONDERFUL!) showed us several different diamonds and taught us a lot about what we were actually purchasing. \r Later that week we came back and purchased, and the customer service was great again. We were helped by Tera and Kevin this time, I also most defiantly recommend each of them. \r Well, I couldn't recommend this store more... half the reason we purchased from here was because of the customer service and quality of the store... it helped that I fell in love with a ring too! :) \r Anyways, hope you shop here! The perfect place to buy rings! 12/15/2011

When my fiance walked into Shane Co. looking for the perfect engagement ring, he had only a general idea of what I liked, a limited budget, and no knowledge about jewelry at all! The sales people were so friendly and helpful! They showed him their large selection of engagement rings and helped him find the perfect one at an affordable price. When I saw the ring the day my fiance proposed, I was speechless! It was everything I had ever dreamed of! We were so pleased with the service and quality at Shane Co. that I decided to buy his wedding band there as well. Our second experience shopping at Shane Co. was exactly the same as the first. Excellent service, excellent quality and affordable prices. They have such a large selection that you're bound to find something that's perfect for you no matter what style or price range you're looking for! One of my favorite things about Shane Co. is that our rings came with free lifetime warranties and that every time I walk into the store I can have my ring cleaned, polished, resized, examined or repaired for absolutely free! Take time on investments. 2/18/2011

My boyfriend and I had visited several jewelry stores within the last year and a half. Shane Co. by far had the best prices we've seen. A $2000 diamond at Shane Co. can go as much as $5000-$7000 anywhere else. They also have better customer service. My boyfriend and I don't like going places where we get bombarded by representatives as soon as we walk in the door or treated poorly because we can't afford a certain ring. Shane Co's. employees were very patient and didn't ask us if we needed help until we had time to look around first. We appreciated this greatly. They also helped us find a ring we liked in a price range that fit us. They never pressured us to buy right away and never made us feel unworthy of their jewelry like some others had at other locations. We like to take our time when it comes to large investments. Great Service 11/10/2010

I was very impressed with Shane Co and their customer service. I had come in needing help separating 3 rings my grandmother had had welded together so she would not lose them. She passed the rings on to me and asked that I pick one and give the other two to my sister-in-laws to remember her by. I had no idea where to go but had heard about Shane Co and decided I would just go in for a consultation and see what services they offered. Hillary was extremely helpful and informative. The cost for separating the rings I felt was reasonable enough that I decided to go ahead and have it done there without continuing my search. I?m glad I stuck with them because the rings turned out beautiful. The staff was so engaging and I really appreciated that Kellie in the service area remembered me and was so enthusiastic about her job.
