Awesome place to live 10/2/2017

I had the privilege of renting a gorgeous apartment from Shamrock Gardens with a view to an open field and plenty of daylight. The apartment was very clean, everything worked, and due to the security, friendliness of neighbors, and its location I and my family felt safe. I found that the rent was reasonable and landscaping to be awesome and well maintained. The management team here is the best one in Southwest Atlanta, they do an amazing job and were available to answer any questions that I had. I really recommend them for anyone who values security, location, and aesthetic beauty. They even have eco friendly appliances and faucet. more

Futuristic Community 7/15/2016

If you lived in Shamrock Garden for over 5 years you would understand my post. Shamrock Gardens has changed drastically inside and out. Starting with the exterior of the security bars, the landscaping of the community, and the after school programs for kids. How many communities you know actually cares about your kids "Only Shamrock". They have a computer center on their property. They are all-in-all working towards a better future. They just need more Owners and Regional Managers to lead them. Keep up the good work guys; I foresee great success in your future. more

great apartments 7/7/2016

My take on the cleanliness, the space, and the safety of this apartment community is excellent all the way around. There seems to be very little issues when it comes to bugs and other signs of unkemptness. The rooms are a decent size to raise your family in, and the apartments, that really feels like a neighborhood, is wonderfully maintained as a safe haven among all other areas compared nearby. Just wanted to share that this community is an excellent standout of a place to stay for families and hard working people alike to live. Keep up the good work! more

I have been a resident at Shamrock Gardens for over 10 years and raised my 13 year old son here. We both have loved living here. The staff is always pleasant and very professional and the manager James door is always open to the residents. The maintenance staff is great also. Work orders are done in a timely manner. They have 7 days a week rules enforcement on property that make me always feel safe coming to and from my apartment. There's also a daycare on property that my son attended. It was always clean and colorful and they didn't just babysit him, him really learned a lot. So if you're looking for a great affordable place to live, Shamrock Gardens is it. more

I love this property because they have a daycare and its on the bus line. It is very convenient and they keep the place really clean. I heard a lot of bad things when i first moved in many years ago but it has been a good experience and the property is very quite. I see the guards patrolling and watching our kids to make sure their in at night. more

Couldn't ask for a safer, more comfortable place to live other than shamrock. Shamrock offers quality living with affordability. Staff treats residents like extended members of family, I plan on staying here for years to come. more

Happy Resident 11/19/2015

I moved to Shamrock Gardens back in September 2013 with a roommate. That did not work out so I began to search for another apartment outside of Shamrock in the neighborhood...Long story short I got my own apartment here in Shamrock Gardens and it has been a HAPPY, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL experience thus far. I would recommend anyone here who wants comfortable living in a community. Shamrock ROCKS!!!! more

This is good affordable housing 4/10/2015

We've lived here for 7 years. Every year it gets better. Neighborhood is challenged but the management knows how to take care of business. An atlanta police woman lives across from he and raises her 2 kids in the daycare they have here that is very nice. We like it and aren't going anywhere soon. Thank you. more

Great Place to Live! 10/2/2014

I recently had the opportunity to visit several of the apartment complexes in the area of the Shamrock Gardens Apartments as was surprised to find this little gem in the midst of several multi-family complexes ranging from well-cared for to blighted and vacant. Shamrock Gardens offers its residents a comfortable, clean and secure environment. The staff are actively engaged with the residents and take time to get to know them. It is the only complex in the area with high iron fencing and visible security. more

A quiet community in the Greenbriar area 6/13/2013

I've lived at Shamrock Gardens Apartments off Campbellton Road for a couple of years now. Honestly, my experience at Shamrock just keeps getting better. The rental rates are very reasonable and even include water and trash. The community is real peaceful and clean; it completely stands out in the area. Plenty of shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants in walking distance. And at least 3 Marta bus stops at the complex. It's a great place. more

Living at Shamrock 2/27/2013

Shamrock is awesome! I have lived here for 7 years. Since the new ownership has come in I have seen it go from shabby to chic! The parking has gotten better. We have security now. There is no trash all over the place. And we love the office staff. They are friendly and helpful! more

Affordable and Nice Place 2/25/2013

A great quiet place to live. The marta bus line is close to the location. A very helpful and nice staff management. Also Shamrock has a daycare center and after school program. more
