Brian Schaefers Insurance of Venice Fl is an insurance company with no customer service. Its because of their unorganized management, poor communication, and lack of customer appreciation we were unable to close on a home due to them not wanting to provide proper evidence of insurance. Brian and his staff were uncooperative, eventually to the point where they would not return calls to the lender, title company, realtor, or my wife and I. Luckly for us we were able to find another insurance company compentent enough to bind coverage for us and close on the house before it was to late.
