I know you are very busy so I wont take up too much of your time today. I just wanted to recognize a member of your staff. Saturday I had an appt. with a different boutique and was treated so horribly that I left immediately. When I arrived at your boutique I was helped by your walk in consultant Jessica Stephens. She turned my entire day around. Jessica was extremely helpful & very responsible to what I wanted in my wedding dress. I ended up ordering my dress veil & headpiece and I'm extremely happy with my choices. I couldn't have done it without her! I will be returning to purchase all my bridesmaid dresses and wedding accessories as long as she's still there! more

the best decision I could have EVER made!! 4/25/2011

Having Ana as my alterationist for my wedding was by far the best decision I could have EVER made!! After meeting with her I knew that there was no other person that I could trust more with my wedding dress! She takes great pride in her work and you can tell that she truly LOVES her job! She is a perfectionist and really took the time to make sure my dress fit PERFECTLY! Yes, Ana's prices are a bit more than other alterationists but I promise you, after you meet and work with her you will realize very quickly the difference between her and the other alterationists. I could have not asked for a better experience! Ana was even generous enough to give me as a wedding gift a pair of earrings from her showcase cabinet that I had been eye-balling. Thank you so very much Ana! more

Ana's work is amazing. It's pretty pricey--almost as much as my dress---but it was definitely worth it. This was the second dress I bought. I had the first one altered by a dry cleaners tailor and it was awful! more

Sew It Seams was at a convient location and was right next to where I purchased my wedding gown. The owner of this business is a character but is super nice and wants you to look great on your big day! She cares a lot about her customers. The only issue I had was when I went for my final dress fitting there was someone else there at the same time and I got stuck in the side room they don't really use and I was uncomfortable & hott but it wasn't there fault because the person in front of me had just taken longer than expected but it was only two days before my wedding and I was exhausted and didn't really need that. But everything else was great! Pretty set-up and great alterations. Made me feel like a princess :) more

I ordered my dress from Brickhouse Bridal in March of 2010. The sales associate was very kind and professional. I picked a Watters and Watters dress that was part of a truck show case so I got a really great deal on it! I even had the chance to meet the designer herself. My dress was ready in July of 2010. So overall I was very satisfied with my experience. more

Brickhouse Bridal was my first and only stop while looking for my dress. I only had to try on a few dresses before the girl helping me knew exactly what would look best on me. She was not pushy, nor did she throw tons of choices on me. She just silently slipped me a few dresses that would look best on my body type. The second one she picked was the it! more

My dress was pretty expensive and so i wanted only the best. Ann was referred to me by Brick house bridal (where i bought my dress). She was so sweet and very professional. At first i thought the price was a little high, but you get exactly what you pay for. I also did it last minute and she was super busy. but she told me if i didn't mind waiting for her 15-20 minutes she would fit me between clients. I would definitely refer clients to her. She's the sweetest little lady! more

Fabulous 3/24/2011

Miss Anna did a fabulous job altering my daughter's wedding dress. She is definitely expensive but she is a perfectionist and it was well worth the money spent. She also does a fabulous job at the final fitting with etiquette lessons and making it a fun event for the family and friends who attend. We loved her. more

The BEST experience I could have imagined 2/9/2011

The BEST experience I could have imagined!: My mom found this place in her endless wedding research and I am SO happy that I drove down from Dallas to look for dresses with my mother (who resides in Houston). I could not have asked for a better experience. The only way it could have been better would have been if they had the dress in my size that day and it was free... or they paid me to take it. FIRST class service and a no pressure environment made the actual shopping a pleasure. I found my perfect dress & had it rush shipped for an extra $100. My dress and all of my assessories actually came in EARLY and believe it or not, the thing fit like a glove... no alterations required! Can you believe it?! They spend the time to measure you PERFECTLY. I can't say enough good things about the folks at Brickhouse Bridal and the high quality, very reasonably priced products they offer!!!!!! more

Brickhouse Bridal had the greatest selection of wedding gowns out of the places I went to. The consultants were friendly and professional. They provided great advice and suggested gowns that would flatter my body style. The dress came in quicker than I expected and everything was perfect. more

Brickhouse was amazing 1/19/2011

Brickhouse was amazing when I went there looking for my wedding dress! They went through several appointments with me because I couldn't find anything that was just right. I actually had to order my dress having never seen it in person. My consultant was so helpful and encouraging when I had to take that step. They found a dress by the same designer that was similar to the one I wanted and they got it for me on loan so I would have a better idea of the one I wanted. I was worried about so many things with my dress and Brickhouse took care of everything! The only downside I had with Brickhouse was when I looked for bridesmaids dresses. The first time I went in, it was a wonderful experience, but the second and third time it wasn't as good. I found that it really depends on the consultant. I know the third time the consultant I had was new, so I'm sure she was just nervous. Overall, Brickhouse was amazing! more
