Totally Reliable 10/21/2013

I am so grateful to have the guys at SP Auto to entrust my cars to. I can leave it to them and trust their judgement. They always tell it like it is and fix it right. We've literally been taking our cars there since it was gas station! Yeah we could take our cars elsewhere and it might be a little cheaper, but in this case you definitely get what you pay for. more

I have been a customer at Severna Park Automotive since 1979 when Gordon owned the station and Andy and Lonny were young men just starting out in the business. Gordon left the station in very qualified hands (Andy, Lonny, Mike and all the of the mechanics, and the face of the station Diane ). I hope you guys know you can't retire until I am ready to stop driving, and that's not for a long time. more

As usual I had an excellent experience when getting one of my cars repaired. Lonny always calls with a very detailed analysis of the diagnosed problem and explains all repair options. All of the employees are extremely polite and professional. more
