Seton Health is the absolutely worst place to deal with for any issue. I call with a simple question and person a says to talk to person b. Person b says to talk to person c. Person c says no, I really need to talk to person a. I call person a again and she says she'll get back to me. Several days later I still haven't heard back so I call again, and we repeat the comedy routine of who can answer the question. And around and around we go. I called Ellis with the same question and they called me back within an hour with correct information. Enough said.
