Hard to believe there are still companies out there that provide excellent customer service. Servpro of Redmond is one of those few companies that knows how to provide the service we all expect and want. We had a water damage from our refrigerator. They were very caring on the phone about our problem and asked enough details that when they arrived they were ready to help us. We called them at around 8 PM and they were at our home around 9:15 PM. The next moring Steve Alling the owner was out and explained a lot of things. He was very caring and knowlegeable. The hardwood floors were starting to warp, but they put some kind of mat system down on the floors that pulled the water out and made them go down to perfection. The flooring went under the cabinets, but they were able to leave the cabinets in place and not have to tear our kitchen apart. We were very thankful and the insurnance company was equally happy. These guys know what they are doing and will walk you through ever step, which is very nice in a stressful situation such as ours. First class in everyway!
