I have used servicemaster of vernal aka Bob Rasmussen and his motley crew for more than 10 years- not because I think he is the best- i wouldn't know who's better because i have been loyal thanks to my relationship with his parents but no more- i have been canceled repeatedly due to ""bigger job that came up"" he does not seem to grasp the concept of customer appreciation instead he only sees $$$$ adios servicemaster- no more more

HORRIBLE experience 12/8/2011

-we had some flooding this spring and our insurance hired this clown. locally, we know better but... this guy is creepy. he made sure to hit on me at least once every 5 minutes and at some point he became really graphic and disgusting, This is the owner! BOB RASMUSSEN! he babbled on and on about crap no one cares to hear. and he hit on me and made me feel uneasy. and he did a crappy job! and now i have to waste my time calling his office (office??!! really?!?! and argue with his 3 year old secretary about what we should have to pay out of pocket, they billed the insurance co. over 12,000 grand!!! WTF??!!!! for a days worth of work!! you got to be kidding me! more
