I was fortunate enough to wind up at Seminole PowerSports after several trips to other dealers. The dealership is absolutely wonderful. It's a massive building with an incredible selection of bikes, ATV's and watercraft on display, a huge diaplay of parts and accessories, and the largest Service Department I've ever seen. Everyone was friendly, I ended up purchasing a ZX-14, and the whole transaction couldn't have been any easier. I will return to SPS for parts, service, and any future "toys". I recommend SPS as THE dealership to shop last, you won't regret it. more

I am a customer service rep for a local automotive dealer and I always feel compelled to share my opinion with others when I find a dealer that sets themselves apart from the rest. I was introduced to Seminole Powersports when I visited a annual show they put together right before Daytona bike week. I did not buy that day but last week I was ready and I shopped SPS only to find a very helpful salesperson. I am a rider so I knew what I was looking for and I knew what to expect. Don was very friendly and the transaction went very smooth. I was introduced to parts and service and rode out with my NEW Yamaha Raider about 45 minutes to a hour after I said, "I will take it." I would recommend Seminole Powersports to anyone that is interested in a motorcylce and I will be visiting the guys and girls at SPS again. more

Originally, after our first visit (my husband and I), my review was going to be positive because we were told what we wanted to hear so we would make a purchase. My husband was not actually prepared to make a purchase but the salesman and the owner dropped the price a significant amount so we agreed to purchase. After signing a few items (they would not let him see an itemized bill) the price seemed to have gone back up but they told us it was taxes,tags, etc. My husband still decided he wanted to make a purchase and went back the next day with a check in hand for the full amount. He still had questions about the bill and the Asst. Manager told him that "if he didn't want to buy it, they have plenty of customers who will." Finally, he was able to see the bill and noticed that they did not even deduct the amount they said they would, PLUS they also lied about the tags already being paid for.
