We are an in-network provider for most insurances but do not accept Medicaid. We offer the following programs and services: Physical Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Sports Medicine, On-Site Rehabilitation, Pain Management Program, Return-to-Work Program, TMJ Dysfunction Program, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Work Conditioning, Spinal Rehabilitation, and Post Surgical Rehabilitation.
