The parking can sometimes be a problem. There isn't much seating, so I wouldn't recommend bringing kids unless you had too. I would also avoid Fridays. These seem to be days when the employees are the most stressed out and sometimes seem rude. For the most part, they are all friendly and are willing to work with you. It was an easy to start the loan process.
