The backup in place in my company is done with tapes that I have had for many years. My machine was eating the tape destroying it and was having a major malfunction. I brought the machine with the tape stuck in it to Secure Data Recovery Services to hopefully fix and do a tape data recovery. They located 97% of my information. In a minimal amount of time they repaired the tape, machine and also advised me on better systems that aren't outrageously priced. I am a small business owner and they understand the importance of business and cash flow. Their expert technicians and specialty tools did an amazing job. I wanted to thank you again for a job well done and thank you for the recommendations for a higher quality backup system which I will be investing in shortly. more

My digital media card got jammed into 6/10/2012

My digital media card got jammed into my camera and I broke it in half when I tried to get it out. I took the camera and the other half of the media card to Secure Data Recovery Services and prayed for a miracle. They did a USB & digital media recovery and located 100% of my photos for me! Thank you so much! I had over 1,500 pictures of my grandchildren on the media card and would have been heartbroken if I lost them. Secure Data Recovery Services also put them on a DVD for me! This company goes above and beyond the call of duty and treats their customers like royalty! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! AAA+++ service! more

Outstanding tape data recovery 5/1/2012

This letter of appreciation is for the outstanding tape data recovery Secure Data Recovery Services executed. One of my employees damaged the machine when the tape became jammed inside. The tape was split and the machine was no longer working. Secure Data Recovery Services fixed both the machine and tape recovering our critical data. I do not know what I would have done without them. It?s nice to know that in this world we live in today there are still ethical, helpful and professional people who do not charge up the kazoo for their services. Thank you more

Boy, these guys are the greatest! 4/6/2012

USB & Digital Media recovery is not an easy thing to look up in a phonebook. Finally I located Secure Data Recovery Services and asked them if they did that. They said yes. I explained how my smart media card was not working in my laptop or my camera and they said they would take a look at it. After just a couple of hours it was fixed. It somehow became corrupted from a virus I had in my computer. Secure Data Recovery Services recovered everything and now it works like a charm. Boy, these guys are the greatest! more

What a service and at a great price! 3/8/2012

I went to turn on my laptop and nothing. Tried over and over and nothing! I was not a happy camper. I got the phone book and looked up laptop data recovery companies. I chose Secure Data Recovery Services and brought my laptop to them. They told me that I needed a new hard drive and they would be able to put all my information on the old hard drive onto the new one. WOW! What a service and at a great price! Thank goodness for their services! more

These guys are at the top of their game! 2/5/2012

I work out of my home using a company laptop. All of my presentations, charts, images etc. are kept on my laptop until Friday when I transfer them all to the server at work. On Thursday when I opened my laptop and turned it on, it started smoking and smelled like burning rubber. I shut it down and removed the battery. I brought it to Secure Data Recovery Services and they explained the procedure of performing a laptop data recovery to me and I was hoping for the best results. I used their emergency services and paid a little extra to have it back that day. I was astonished to hear back from them in less than 2 hours and they captured over 98% of my data. What was lost was not of value, the important info was found. It short circuited and they fixed the problem. These guys are at the top of their game! more

I was impressed 1/23/2012

We were moving to a new location and the movers dropped our RAID 50 on the ground. I learned saving money on movers isn?t worth it. I hired Secured Data Recovery Services to repair and do a RAID 50 Data Recovery. I wasn?t too sure what was going to be the end result over the next few days. On the third day to came to my new location and set it up. To my amazement it was working well. They repaired the glitches after the fall and I was impressed. Thank for everything. more

Secured Data Recovery Services saved the day when they did a laptop data recovery for me after I dropped it down the stairs. I wish to complement their services not only for recovering all my information, but for constantly letting me know what was happeniing with my laptop during the entire process. Two years after we purchased a RAID 6 data recovery system, we had an operational failure due to a power surge. My teams of technicians tried the recovery and correct the problem, but no luck. I then stepped in and hired Secured Data Recovery Services in San Antonio to look at the RAID 6 issues. Their experts recovered all the data, replaced a couple of drives and now we are back in business. I am very grateful they recovered my data 10/25/2011

My laptop started acting funny and making noises and a strange humming. I just ignored it for days figuring it would just go away, but the noise was only getting worse. Finally when I went to turn my laptop on there was nothing and it was dead. I could have cried at that moment. So I looked in the phone book and called Secure Data Recovery Services, hoping they would be able to do some type of laptop data recovery so I would not loose any information that was stored on the hard drive. To my surprise they did have this service. I dropped off my laptop and the same day this amazing company called me and said my laptop was ready for pick up. They retrieved all my data and put in a new hard drive which died and put all my crucial information and transferred from the old hard drive to the new one. Secure Data Recovery Services delivered a service so quickly and I was so impressed with their services. They went beyond the call of duty and my laptop is better than ever and back to normal. Great experience 9/9/2011

I always dread calling any tech related company since I'm not much of a computer oriented kind of guy. I just don't speak their language. However my experience with Secure Data Recovery Services has been great, they were really able to explain to me what exactly happened, what they were doing, when it will be ready, etc - and most importantly how to prevent it from happening again. It was a good experience to deal with a company that actually cares about trying to help a person like me and understands how important it is for me. more

Secure Data Recovery Services did a great job 5/23/2011

I run a web server at home. My site was recently destroyed, someone got access to my server somehow. All the data was gone and somehow the intruder even managed to wipe the apache logs(he must have had FULL access since that shoudnt have been reachable). I took the server to Secure Data Recovery Services. It was an easy job for them, they got all my data back including the log files. I found the intruder's IP in there too (but it turned out to be a proxy - wimp! If youre reading this, be very afraid, I'm not done looking for you yet!). Anyways, more importantly I found out how he did it, so I made sure to secure my server better this time before putting it back up. Secure Data Recovery Services did a great job helping me so I give them 5 stars. more

I heard about Secure Data Recovery Services of San Antonio Texas before and hoped I never need them, but the other day, my laptop, HP/Compaq, couldn't start at all and gave me option to run recovery, which I did and then ALL files were gone. The missing files are very valuable to me so I went to Secure Data Recovery Services of San Antonio Texas right away. They helped recover everythign, and I mean EVERYTHING, not just files but also system settings and options, bookmarks, theme. Due to the lack of knowledge in the computer field I have accidently reformatted my drive and was devastated. I needed that data back and that is why I contacted Hard Drive Data Recovery San Antonio. Very impressed 5/13/2010

I did not know that your data could be restored so quickly after you drop your drive. Mine fell from teh table and when I plugged it back in there was no response from it. So I took matters into my own hands and found Hard Drive Data Recovery San Antonio. Their customer service rep quickly assured me that once the diagnostics are performed within an hour of them receiving the case I would be given a price and a definite time. I was surprised when the next morning i received an e-mail update stating that my data was already extracted and transfered to a brand new drive. All of that within a 24 hour period... I am very impressed with this particular company. more

Great service and support 4/22/2010

Hard Drive Data Recovery Services San Antonio recovered a bunch of lost data on our file server whose hard disc malfunctioned. We couldn't have asked for a better service in such a stressful situation. They sent us emails and made calls to us to tell us how they were progressing, and their customer service was friendly and understanding. We were operational again in three days.
