Thank you!\r We needed a Server data recovery company now! The server crashed and crashed hard. One of the technicians spilt their coffee in it by mistake which led to smoking and then crashing. Thank you! Mac data recovery was not the expertise of many computer repair places I called. Finally I came across Secure Data Recovery Services and they knew how to fix my Apple Mac laptop. I sent it out to them and in less than a week it was returned back to me. I was amazed to see it was just like it used to be and running even faster. It was riddled with viruses and malware that Secure Data Recovery Services removed. I thought I didnâ??t need virus software being it was a Mac, but I was definitely wrong. You are the only company I would use for any repair! 5/1/2012

I wish to thank Secure Data Recovery Services for their amazing server data recovery locating 100% of our critical information!! We were relocating to a new facility when the movers dropped the server off the back of their truck and pieces went flying. Needless to say I was a bit rattled. I had the movers head straight to Secure Data Recovery Services’ building and dropped it off to them. By the end of the day, they called me and brought it over to the new building and set it up for us. These guys go the extra mile in customer satisfaction and expertise! Thank goodness for their expertise and services! 4/5/2012

I just bought a new laptop and I moved all the older files to an external hard drive to keep safe in case I ever needed them. Over 12 years of photography I slid over to my 1TB drive. Three months passed and I needed some pictures of my external hard drive and nothing came up. I was devastated and tried for hours to get it working. I called Secure Data Recovery Services to see if they could do a hard drive recovery for me. I dropped off my 1TB hard drive at their facility and left with a glimmer of hope that they would locate all my photos. Only 4 hours later they called me and said they retrieved everything! 100% recovery! Phew, I can not even begin to tell you the relief I felt hearing that. They explained that one of the USB pins snapped off, they replaced it with a new one and my life is back to normal. Thank goodness for their expertise and services! more

Thank you for your amazing abilities 3/8/2012

I heard that a Mac data recovery was difficult so I was hesitant to call any company to repair my Apple laptop that I loved. All my college papers are stored on it and I needed it to work right. I called Secure Data Recovery Services as suggested to me by my professor at college and brought my laptop to them for repair and prayed for the best. To my surprise, 2 hours later it was done and brought back to life. Over 300 spyware and 1 Trojan virus was in my laptop in which Secure Data Recovery Services’ engineers removed. Secured Data Recovery Services performs miracles 1/23/2012

My company wants to thank you for your quick diagnostics and the RAID 6 Data Recovery operation you did. I have to admit I was shocked to find out it was 99% successful after the incident. The workers in the forklift really want to thank you! After the machine got away from them and crashed into the server room and knocked over the RAID 6, I could have screamed. You trained team of professionals told me not to worry and they would do their best. And their best they did indeed. Since gig sticks came out I have enjoyed using them to store all my photographs. Being a photographer, it was easy to use and held a lot of pictures. I went to use it to pull up the pictures I took of a recent wedding and it stated the flash could not be found. Boggling the mind, I attempted this over and over and now it was saying the flash was corrupted. How could that be? After the frustration had left, I looked up online to find a company who could grab my photos off of it. I sent it to Secured Data Recovery Services over night. Three days later when I checked the mail there is was. They said they did a flash memory recovery and located everything on the gig stick, pen drive; there are so many names for it these days. Thank you again for your expertise and knowledge 11/21/2011

Our backup system is a RAID 10 data recovery system which has been running smoothly for years now. Due to a double disk failure, we were having difficulties correcting the errors and issues so we turned and called a company called Secured Data Recovery Services. Within a minimal amount of time, their experts arrived and reconfigured the system, retrieved the data and fixed the two disks that failed. Without them I am not sure what we would have done. Thank you again for your expertise and knowledge in correcting the issues we had. Great job and we will do business again if anything else ever happens to our RAID system. more

They had very good success with recovering everything... 9/10/2011

Last week, one of our servers suddenly crashed due to a hard drive failure. We immediately took steps and contacted our hard drive supplier to correct the issue by replacing the hard drive. For reasons we have not yet researched, the replacement HDD also failed. And this process was repeated yet another time with the third consecutive HDD failure, until about 12 hours later when the HDD was diagnosed stable. We have no idea what caused the repeated crashes, and we don't have an explanation beyond the generic ""hardware failure"" provided by our hard drive supplier. We called to Secure Data Recovery Services, in Costa Mesa, to recover our lost data. They were available to work with us until a significant portion of the data was recovered and the main issue resolved. The result is that early this morning we now have a secure server and around 90% of our data recovered. We were afraid it would be much worse, but they surprised us - they had very good success with recovering everything they could find. more

I had located Hard Drive Data Recovery Services Costa Mesa online after the initial failure of one of our network drives. They were able to prevent a complete disaster by getting the all of the working files off of it and restoring the majority of the files that have already failed.Our company would certainly use them again if the situation requires. more

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Hard Drive Data Recovery Services Costam Mesa to help me get out of a bad situation . I am a composer and do all of my MAC. During a transfer to an external media, my computer experienced failure.\r \r Per advice from the Mac store I contacted a recovery service. It was an awful time to get through to a representative and the price that I was given was excessive and honestly because of the lack of any communication from the customer service department, I did not have the desire to proceed with recovery.\r \r After browsing the internet I found Hard Drive Data Recovery Costa Mesa. My MAC computer began to falter,to the point where some of the files became inaccessible. I tried locating the problem myself to no avail. A tech guy diagnosed the problem but couldn't fix it. I seeked professional help on the matter and to my great luck I found Hard Drive Data Recovery Costa Mesa. They took my drive in and diagnosed within 4 hours and sent me an update. After 2 days they were able to locate my data and extract it to a different drive. I have received multiple updates on my case during the time of repair. A very responsible company! more

If you are experiencing hard drive failure I strongly recommend Hard Drive Recovery Costa Mesa. I had my external backup drive go bad on me so I contacted them and,with the help of their very experienced associates I was able to get the drive to them quickly as well as perform the diagnostics. I had a drive that went bad on me a few days beforre my major presentation. There is no need to describe what I felt,just a couple of words:very,very bad.
