Good: Nothing.. Bad: Darlene did not know what she was doing, and almost filed my nail down to the nail bed. After telling her what I was unsatisfied with, she insulted me by accusing me of wanting a free service.. Improvements: The business to be investigated and licensed.. Other: I had to replace the full set I had when I went in there. She messed my nails up beyond just a repair and the nail tech I went to after wards was astounded that she was doing nails "professionally"..
