Sears Dental

I went to see Dr. Welsh. I was in pain and was really afraid of seeing a dentist!!!! I put it off as long as I could. I wish I had not. The staff was so friendly. They made me really feel at ease. The procedure was not painful at all. This is a really great dentist. My whole family goes there now. Ask for Dr. Welsh!!!! more

I went to see these people inside sears, took sears assosiate help to locate this. Dr. Daoud and her assistant came and took x-rays and examined and gave me a bill of $890 for perio cleaning and four fillings, which is only 20% of my total bill. They refused to tell me how much they are going to charge my insurance company (which pays 80% ). The assistant was not sure about the types of fillings they billed for. She only concentrated on payment plans in her 15 minutes talk. After a week I e-mailed Dr. Daoud asking sthing about my teeth, she didn't even respond. After checking with my friends I went to see another dentist (30 years of experience) after 10 days, he said i need a prophylaxis not a perio and only one filling. He didn't understand why they recommended 4 fillings though remaining 3 are in good shape and they gave me free copy of my dental x-ray for records. These dentalworks people are money suckers and Dr. Daoud, she is horrible, she don't know the difference between a cavity and an amalgam filled teeth. Think twice before going here.
