I just contacted the Parts Dept for a status on a part that was ordered by a tech. I actually talked to two live people. The first put me in touch with a tech that could help me with my tv part. I wasn't sure that the part was going to cure my problem but Tiffany assured me that the problem would be taken care of. I don't like having to wait a full month for my part but talking to TWO live people softens the blow.
