Typical car sales tactics but its to be expected. I found them to be professional and patient. Bruce the salesman didn't mind entertaining my 3 year old a as we went through shopping and purchasing scenario over several hours. In fact my son keeps talking about how Bruce and how much fun he had. Thanks Bruce. James the finance guy, also using typical car sales tactics, but wasn't using high pressure.
