Sea Gull Holiday is the worst and disgusting! 12/22/2015

We booked a Las Vegas trip through another agent but unfortunately transferred to Sea gull holiday. The schedule was changed without any notice. The agent was not professional at all. His attitude was so rude and even burst dirty words. He was the worst and disgusting agent I have ever seen. They only charge you tips and service fees but nothing to surve you. I will never consider Sea Gull Holiday in the future. It was a night mare to use the agency. more

Dissatisfaction Guaranteed 6/30/2011

We joined the 7-day Los Angeles, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Yosemite tour conducted by this company and it was the worst tour we ever experience. The following are the reasons for it being really bad: 1. When we were picked up from the hotel their bus does not have any sign where it is going. Since there were multiple buses picking up people to different destinations you end up running from one bus to the other to know which bus you belong. 2. The "suggested" restaurants they bring us for lunch and dinner are so isolated that you are forced to eat there. The restaurants are also always the same Eat All You Can Chinese Restaurants. 3. The bus that they used for our trip to Grand Canyon from Las Vegas had a defective air condition unit. We were literally cooked going through thr mojave desert. 4. The stop at Hearst castle is a rip off. If you do not pick up the optional $25 tour then you don't get to see the castle and will be left at the visitor center for 2 hours. 5. The San Francisco hotel is not even in San Francisco and far from any amenities if you plan to walk around yourself 6. The Las Vegas hotel is located in the bad part of the strip. The street where it is has so many homeless and suspicious looking people that you are afraid to venture out at night on hour own. 7. Their tour guides does not have good command of the english language and constantly talk in Chinese. 8. This is really not an english speaking tour. Overall, this company is the worst tour company i've ever used. more

Terrible Trip 9/9/2009

Our trip to Grand Canyon allowed only one hour to look over the south rim. Spent more time at the mandatory stops at the outlet stores. You are not allowed to use the restroom on the bus unless it is an Emergency. Constantly told to use the bathrooms at gas station stops. A/C didnt work all that well. Tour guide constantly shouted and yelling on the microphone first in Chines then in English. Tour cost $98 PP but what a disappointment. Never again !! more

Awful LIARS! 2/22/2009

They are complete LIARS, just out to make money!! They advertised a bus trip to Yosemite, even though they knew that we wouldn’t be able to go in due to the weather in the winter. It wasn’t until our bus got to SF that they told us that, just like what happened on their last tour and what almost always happens in the winter, driving into Yosemite wouldn’t happen. Why were they selling tours to Yosemite in the winter then?! Their tour agents were dreadful and provided awful service, having no intentions to compensate for our loss. Larry, the tour guide, was also extremely unprofessional and didn’t do his job properly. Bottom Line: I strongly advise that you AVOID this company at all costs. more

The worst travel agent ever experienced 11/2/2007

This is the worst irresponsible travel agent I have ever experienced. They own me $60 hotel overcharge during our Grand Canyon tour since June 2007, I requested the refunds by calling them over 20 time ever since June. Now, it's Nov 2nd, they still haven't returned the money back. When I called the agent Ms. Song, and their head quarter, they always pushed the responsibility to other people, but never returned the money. I've never met any business been so dishonest and irresponsible. I already plan to ask an attorney to request the refund from them. This the the most unpleasent business experience I have ever had. During the tour the tour guide was also very irresponsible and over charge each tourist. He never introduced the senory during the tour, his only job was collecting money. He even charged each tourist a $15 fees for the free show in Las Vegas. He also charged extra fee during entrance wherever we go, from Grand Canyon to other places. He refused to give the tourists the receipts so they don't have a prove to sue him. Luckly we kept our copy and this was the only prove to sue their abusive charge for tourist. more

Seagull travel and tour always give you hope when you feel desperate with flight ticket. Although the price they quote on the customers is a little bit higher than other agents but their service is good. At least they are considerate enough not to drop you 5 to 6 calls a day like some agents do. more
