This supermarket has just recently opened in the place of the International Supermarket, so a portion of it is still under construction. It primarily sells filipino foods: rice balls, drinks, etc. Seafood City has excellent deals on fresh produce. And in the back, it sells seafood, most of them still alive to guarantee the customer freshness. more

I just came across the grand opening of the Seafood City grocery store last week. It is so new that a portion of the building is still under construction, but the grocery portion is open for business. The inside is pretty low key and plain, no frills here. You will find aisles of filipino brand snacks and spices. The fresh produce section is on the side of the store and they have pretty good deals. The food after which the store is named (seafood) is in the back and consists of lots of varieties of fresh fish and sea creatures, many which are still alive. Now, THAT'S fresh. more
