I called to find out about a particular brand uniform. A new girl name Chr--- answer the phone and she could not tell me if they had this particular uniform. She also said that she never heard of this brand. I asked to speak to the manager, she told me the manager left the store and was not sure when she is coming back. I asked her how long have you worked their, she told me a month but she don't know all the brand names. Then I said how could your manager leave you in the store by yourself and you don't know most of the merchandise and it's not safe. Chr---- said the only merchandise she knows is cherokee. I get a call from the store manager and she started screaming at me (the customer)because this new girl don't know the store's merchandise. I shop in this store for many years and they have a high turnover you would not believe. Scrubs and Tee always higher young girls who don't know anything about the uniform business and they always complain about the store manager with the dark hair and wear glasses she treats theses girls so badly and talks to them like they are idiots. I was told this by a current worker and witness it . I'm not placing blame on the young girls,because everyone needs a job. I'm placing blame on the management. They really need to take time out and educate the people they hire. Don't blame the youngs girls for managment mistakes. Also, I will add when this particular manager called me back she argued with me and told me not to shop at her store again. I told her not a problem. I would be glad to take my business to another store. I RATE SCRUBS AND TEE 0 STARS
