Best service ever. Competent mechanics and professional workers in front area

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely help...

Replacement of door handle 9/5/2015

When the front door handle of my HHR broke off in my hand, I feared I had a major inconvenience in my future with little time available away from my job as a middle school teacher. Thanks to Kevin, it took only a phone call to Scott's, and a thirty minute wait after school for the handle to be replaced, the car to be repaired, and for me to be on my way. Great job Kevin and Scott's. more

Service Representative 8/31/2015

The service representative is thorough and only recommends work that needs to be done. He test drove my car after a tire rotation. I think that is a first. more

ON Time and it is done right 8/22/2015

I was quoted $69.95 for an alignment but when I went to pay they said it was $93.95. I said I was quoted $69.95 and it was reduced with the explanation that the computer automatically upcharges for foreign cars. When you are talking to your reps they can see the kind of car you drive when they are talking to you? more

Excellent... As always 8/22/2015

Once again Scott's comes through for us! We were having an issue with our steering. It turns out that the new tires we had put on (at another establishment) were placed incorrectly. The guys at Scott's fixed the problem and sent us on our way with no charge. I only trust them with our cars. more
