Scott Honda was very rude and their financial department flips the numbers to only their way. He insulted me by saying, "I was a math teacher, you should know the numbers won't work." They gave me next to nothing for my trade in which I got triple at every other dealership I checked. I went right to car sense and got my numbers with a lower APR rate. This place is nice to your face, but is very rude when it comes to numbers and making a deal. They are just too big and don't care about you. I saw two people walk out when they were close to deals.... more

Scott Honda was very rude and their financial department flips the numbers to only their way. He insulted me by saying, ""I was a math teacher, you should know the numbers won't work."" They gave me next to nothing for my trade in which I got triple at every other dealership I checked. I went right to car sense and got my numbers with a lower APR rate. This place is nice to your face, but is very rude when it comes to numbers and making a deal. They are just too big and don't care about you. Double Check all VIN numbers on each car 5/6/2009

We bought a used car that was Scott Certified and had a clean one-owner CarFax report in January 2008. After moving out of state in early 2009 we discovered that the car has conflicting VIN numbers which are, as the State Patrol has confirmed, the result of an accident. Scott Honda did a "thorough" investigation that only included calling and agreeing with the previous owner's alleged statement that he never had collision work done on the car. I have no idea if the previous owner was really called nor do I have any proof of what he may have said. Scott Honda backed the previous owner because it was in their financial interest to do so and they have suggested that I am trying to hide an accident by claiming that the problem existed prior to my ownership. more
