Hello I am a RN in Neonatal Intensive Care and I work the night shift 7P-7A at a local hospital. I was prescribled a medication for regulating my shift work sleep patterns via K. Laverne NP. Many times I have been unable to get my perscription sent in to the pharmacy due to failure of the staff in checking voicemails efficiently and getting the messages to the doctors. It is extremly difficult to get though their automated answering system to ever speak to a person or to get anyone to return voice messages. I am concerned for people who need this service for more serious illness. I would not recommend anyone to use this poorly organized Physicians Group. Pros: caring concerned competent NP Cons: Staff unable to call Rx in to pharmacy in reasonable time more

It would be nice to create Email communications with doctors and nurses about medications interactions, BP, LDL, HDL, weight, etc providing that you are a regular patient and have had an appointment is the last month or so.\r \r Thanks,\r \r John R Lee\r 337-258-2123 more
