I had a really bad experience with a rude teller at the O'Fallon location. I was very shocked at how the employee spoke to me and how I was treated. I received a sincere apology from the bank manager after I had left a message for her about the situation. A couple of weeks later I went to the Fairview Heights location and was so impressed! Linda went above and beyond her duties and made my day! more

Kids Club is AWESOME! 8/11/2009

I think Scott Credit Union's Kidz Club is AWESOME! My son get a birthday card from their mascot Scotty (Scottish terrior) and they are even throwing Scotty a birthday party in the near future!!! How cute!!! more

Good local bank 4/17/2006

I like this bank because they are very helpful and friendly whenever I walk thru the door. I have never had a long wait time and often if the tellers know you they will chat with you for a little while. The managers always ask if there is anything they can do to help us or if there is anything they need to change. One bad thing is that they often do not have enough staff and the lines are very long especially right before a holiday and on fridays. more

Don't go when they're closing 4/16/2006

I am so far satisfied with Scott Credit Union, but had a rude experience the day we went in to open the account. Since we went in close to closing time, we were essentially rushed through the account opening process and subsequently rushed out the door at 6pm on the dot. We had several questions that went unanswered. Since that incident, we have had nothing but wonderful service from the employees of this bank. They are friendly and attentive to the needs of their customers. more
