Third car purchased here but this is my second Kia and now thaks to Atila I'm now driving my dream car KIA SOUL.

Worst

Went there in Jan 2010. They buried us in a 2003 Durango using a awful finane company called Credit Acceptance... now we got SCREWED into a 19% loan $400 a month for a 8 year old...

Our company traveled from Albuquerque to Denver because Shortline and our salesman Attila provided the best service and price! Everything was a breeze - they had everything for us before we arrived and we were treated very well. Attila and the manager Jason provided the best remote service I have ever experienced. Even if you live far, consider these guys - they will take care of you with the best price and service to back it!! They are the best in the west!! more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! \r I brought my car in to the Shortline Kia service station Thursday. November 7, 2013 for my oil change appointment at 1:00 p.m. Todd Woodard met me when I brought my car in and checked me in. I asked him about how long it would take he said about an hour but he would try to expedite it. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and during that time Todd walked past me at least twice. At 2:38 I finally went back out to the garage to ask when my car would be ready. Todd said 5 minutes. This time I waited in the garage about 20 minutes later he brought my car to the front. \r I walked over to the front with my wallet out and my coupon in hand and I said to Todd, “2 hours is kind of a long time for an oil change”, he replied, “It happens” I said, “even when you have an appointment? I’ve been here since 1:00.” At this point he wasn’t letting me finish my sentences he was interrupting me and talking over me like he didn’t want to hear what I had to say. He interrupted, “It says here you weren’t checked in until 1:40” I said, “no I brought my car in at 1:00”. Then he interrupted, well my tech wasn’t back here” I said that’s fine, but don’t you think that was an update you should have given me? Then he slammed his hands down and said, “you know what? JUST TAKE IT!” I looked at him in paused and said excuse me? He said, “JUST TAKE IT!” I asked him why he was speaking to me that way, he said. “That’s what you want isn’t it? Just take it?” I asked him if he was speaking to me this way because I was a women or because I’m black? He said very rudely “I’m sorry, just take it!” I told him that I needed to speak with his supervisor, he told me they were not there. He started to calm his voice down and said, “I’m sorry, just take it”.\r I walked up to the counter with every intention of paying for my oil change and just letting Todd know that I was unhappy with my experience and I would getting oil changes from Shortline anymore. \r more

I agree with the person that said stay away. I bought a new 2012 kia soul and have had to take it in for service 4 times and was told that I was wrong about the way the alarm on my car worked, to which I was later proven correct. It took them 3 weeks to order a part last time I took it in and was told ""better late than never Right"" when it finally arrived. Shop elsewhere, terrible service and not to happy with my rate either. more

Was told "" oh come back in a year we can get you a newer car.."" LIARS! We were pretty much told "" OH well. Nothing we can do for you."" I HATE THIS DEALER!! more

Shortline Kia is the way to go 9/13/2011

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Shortline. I worked with Delia, and I would highly recommend her. It was my first time buying a car (or buying anything of value for that matter) and she could not have been more helpful. Delia worked with me to make sure I understood all of my options and helped me settle on the perfect car - for me, a Kia Sportage. They didn't have the specific color I wanted on site, but they took care of ordering it from another dealer. Delia even hooked me up with a temporary car to drive in the meantime. In addition to the lovely Delia, the financial representative was terrific as well. He worked hard to get me the best interest rate and deal he could find, and I could not be happier. Delia's husband Attila also gave me some tips on insurance and a really nice representative to call. Valuable info for someone like me who was unfamiliar with navigating the waters of insurance. Shortline is highly recommended. more

What a easy process to buy a car! We talked to Delia at Shortline Kia , told her what we need and in 1 hour we were driving home our new car , clean and with a full tank of gas! That went quick ! Way to go !No waste of time! more

Great place to buy a car! 8/6/2009

My wife and i recently shopped all over the city for a car. A coupe of Saturday's back, we bounced into Shortline Kia and bought a new Kia Soul. It's a really fun car! But, the best part about the experience was the people we dealt with. The salespeople and sales managers we dealt with were a lot of fun! I've nevr had so much fun spending that much money before! Keep up the great work Shortline Kia! We'll be back to buy our daughter her first car! Pros: Very nice people to work with! more
