Last week I had to bring my 7 year old daughter in to see Dr. Schneider. I usually check her toothbrush to see if its wet at night but that wasn't enough. She had 8 cavities which Dr. Schneider showed me on the xrays. His first words out of his mouth is ""we need to get her out of pain."" Because she was. She didnt sleep for three nights before that and didnt go to school for two of those days. I waited in Dr. Schneiders office for an hour after he consulted us then was seen. I had expected to wait, just like at any other doctor office or emergency room, so I brought things that would entertain my daughter but she just laid on my lap until we were called back in. She cried but she got her cavities filled and Dr. Schneider gave me his cell phone number and gave me information on how to prevent more cavities. The office wasnt anything special and got there early just in case the off chance we would be seen early. But when has that ever happened when going to the doctors office. more

I brought my 4 1/2 yr old son to see Dr Schneider because he accepts Medicaid. My son has Down's Syndrome and has sensory dsyfunction and does not like anyone messing with his mouth. Needless to say I was dreading this visit! I was expecting the worse, based on the reviews that I've read. However, I decided that if I wasn't happy I just wouldn't take him back. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived 30 min early (I live in Middleburg and you never know traffic on I-10 is gonna be) after getting my paperwork done and I only waited 15-20 min after that. I was impressed with the dental assistants that worked with my son. He had to get xrays, as getting his teeth brushed and a fluoride treatment. He screamed basically the whole time, which was not their fault. It's just the way my son is. The assistants were very patient and gentle with my son. After that I met with Dr Schneider and found him to be quite pleasant. Over all, I would recommend giving this dentist a chance. more

My 2 year old had an accident on a Saturday. On Monday I called around, no one would take her because she wasn't 3 even though it was an emergency. To this day one dentist still hasn't called me back when they said they would. I finally found Dr. Schneider he told me I could have called him at 3am and he would've got my daughter in. She needed a tooth pulled. If I would've known about him sooner we could've saved her tooth. It's been a few months and we're still fixing her teeth, but she loves going there. He even said when my 9 month old has 8 teeth to make her an appointment. He is wonderful. I'm glad we found him. more
